Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

  • Kam Transport enters into a contractual obligation with the passenger under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
  • Please allow sufficient time for airline check-in and traffic delays. The company is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.
  • We are not responsible if passengers are not ready at the booked time.
  • Hire charges are rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes.
  • No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
  • The company may refuse excess or unsafe baggage.
  • Please request wheelchairs or baby seats at the time of booking.
  • Hire charges start and finish from Hounslow.
  • All quoted rates exclude VAT unless stated.

2. Prices & Payment

  • Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the itinerary, passengers, or vehicle type changes.
  • Airport bookings include 45 minutes free waiting after landing. Additional waiting is charged at the hourly rate.
  • Parking fees are charged at cost.
  • Please check your email confirmation carefully. Incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit card (surcharge may apply), cash, or cheque (minimum 7 days before travel).

3. The Service

  • Cleaning charges apply if a vehicle is soiled.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused.
  • No eating, drinking, or smoking in vehicles.
  • Children must be properly restrained.
  • Passenger numbers must not exceed licensing or insurance limits.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • Changes or cancellations must be made by email or phone and will be confirmed by email.
  • Within 2 hours: 50% charge.
  • Between 2–5 hours: 25% charge.
  • More than 5 hours: £5 single journey, £10 return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment card.
  • Wedding bookings require two weeks’ notice. Late cancellations are charged in full.
  • Discounted bookings lose the applied discount if altered or cancelled.

5. Drivers

  • Drivers must sign an agreement with Kam Transport.
  • All required licenses, permits, and legal documentation must be held.
  • Valid liability and vehicle insurance must be maintained at industry standards.
